You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is:

• Unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
• Sealed and kept in its original packaging.
• Returned with all accessories, gifts, and samples.
• Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase.

If you receive a damaged, defective, leaking, incomplete, or incorrect product, please contact us and provide clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Opened perfumes cannot normally be exchanged unless the product is defective or does not match the order.

For defective goods, Egyptian consumer guidance provides for exchange or return within 30 days of receipt, without additional cost to the customer.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is unused, unopened, sealed, and kept in its complete original packaging.

Opened or tested perfumes cannot normally be returned due to the nature of the product and quality-control requirements, unless they are defective, damaged, leaking, or different from the order.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

If the return results from an error by Loréa or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost. Other eligible returns may be subject to shipping fees.

A personal dislike of the fragrance after opening it is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Egyptian consumer guidance recognizes a 14-day return period with certain exceptions based on the nature, packaging, and condition of the product.
